Ayushmann Khurrana and Sonam Kapoor are madly in love
Telling tale in as real a manner as possible is the in thing. For Ayushmann Khurranna, this is truly turning out to be the case for the Nupur Asthana film which is fast reaching the finishing line. With Sonam Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor for company, the youngster is looking forward to this Yash Raj production pretty much taking over the reality factor from where he left in VICKY DONOR a tear ago.
"Yes, the film has very real characters who are regular and every day," says Ayushmann who was last seen in an 'unreal' affair like NAUTANKI SAALA, "While NAUTANKI SAALA unlike NS was slightly in a space which is theatrical, Nupur's film is very slice of life, something that we have seen in Habib Faisal films (ISHAQZAADE, DO DOONI CHAAR) before."
The yet untitled affair, which is produced by Yash Raj Films, is about love and time in the days of recession. Ayushmann plays the role of a young man who works in an airline company while Sonam too enacts the part of a lawyer who, incidentally, earns more than Ayushmann.
"Add to this Mr. Rishi Kapoor who is playing an IAS officer in the film," reveals Ayushmann, "How these three earthy characters, who are based out of Delhi, come together is indeed interesting."
No wonder, he is looking forward to his new found 'jodi' with Sonam.
"It is a very interesting pairing," smiles Ayushmann, "We both are shown as a couple which is madly in love. We stick to each other in thick and thin."
One hopes audience too has same reactions when the film hits the screens before end of year.
