Find out who's Hrithik's heroine in SHUDDHI'?

After some initial noise that was made around the announcement of Hrithik Roshan starrer SHUDDHI, there has been a complete silence for last couple of months. While it is a known fact that Hrithik Roshan would be seen as a central protagonist in this Karan Johar production that would be helmed by Karan Malhotra, hence bringing back the AGNEEPATH team, there has been no word on the leading lady. Since Priyanka Chopra is apparently not been considered due to her pairing with Hrithik in KRRISH 3, there were murmurs around Kareena Kapoor stepping in.

With no confirmed word on that yet, one does wonder why there has been so much of suspense build up around the eventual cast?

"Well, there is nothing like any suspense here. The thing is that there is a right time to reveal everything. We begin shooting either at end of year or early next year. We still have time to make any announcements," smiles Karan without revealing much.

The choices are limited though since another top leading lady, Katrina Kaif, would be seen with Hrithik in BANG BANG that would arrive after SHUDDHI. This leaves Kareena Kapoor as the strongest contender though one also hears that Deepika Padukone, whom Karan regards really high after COCKTAIL and now his own YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI in the fray.

With all top names already associated with him, it could be high time that Katrina Kaif is seen as a leading lady in a Dharma Production. Since hers is the only major name missing in his fold, is there anything in the pipeline?

He says, "I love Katrina and I have great personal rapport with her. She has done her biggest dance number (Chikni Chameli) for our film (AGNEEPATH). It's all a matter of a right film for the right actor. The bigger the actor, bigger the expectations. I am sure we would soon have a good collaboration with her."

We are waiting for an official announcement Karan.
