Shilpa Shetty to clash with Madhuri Dixit
Yesterday we reported about the big clash between Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar on August 15, 2014. And now we have two Bollywood beauties - the sexy Shilpa Shetty and the dhak-dhak girl Madhuri Dixit, clashing with each other as their film releases on the same date.
Abhishek Chaubey directed DEDH ISHQIYA starring Naseeruddin Shah, Madhuri Dixit and Arshad Warsi was initially scheduled to release on January 31, 2014. But the makers have preponed the release and now the movie hits the screens on January 10, 2014.
On the other hand, Bollywood babe Shilpa Shetty Kundra's much delayed debut production venture DISHKIYAAOON starring Sunny Deol and Harman Baweja is also slated to hit the screens on January 10, 2014. The film is Shilpa Shetty's first step into production and would also be doing an item number in it.
While Madhuri Dixit, who made a come-back with 2007 film AAJA NACHLE, would be seen again on the celluloid in DEDH ISHQIYA after 6-years, Shilpa Shetty would be hitting back on the screen, after starring in the film APNE back in 2007 and an item number in Karan Johar's DOSTANA in 2008, with an item number post a gap of 5 years. Keeping this in mind, it will be interesting to see, who wins the race.
"NEWS Tweetos, my debut film project in association with Eros #Dishkiyaaoon *ing Sunny Deol & Harman Baweja will release on 10th Jan. Yippee!" posted Shilpa Shetty on her micro-blogging site
Well, whatever be the verdict, it is surely going to be a treat to watch both, Madhuri Dixit and Shilpa Shetty on the big screen!
