Vidya Balan: Women end up losing themselves in a marriage
Farhan Akhtar and Vidya Balan are all set to be paired opposite each for the first time in their upcoming film, SHAADI KE SIDE EFFECTS. From its promos the film appears to be a light-hearted take on marriage.
Speaking about lying in a marriage, Vidya, who recently tied the knot with Siddharth Roy Kapur, said, "Men can't catch when we women lie." Ask her if she has any marriage tips to share and she says, "Marriage has both good and bad side effects. But I don't know what tip to give. I am still experiencing (the effects) as of now. It's very early for me to give marriage tips. The only tip I can give is to be yourself because women end up losing themselves in a marriage. And I don't think that should happen."
Vidya seemed to be very impressed with Farhan's ability to make people laugh.
She said, "I am amazed by his (comic) timing. On the set, I used to laugh at the most inappropriate times and the credit for that goes to Farhan."
Directed by Saket Chaudhary and jointly produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and Pritish Nandy Communications, the film is slated to release next year on Valentine's Day i.e. February 14, 2013.
