Sonu Sood: Prabhu Dheva has blind trust in me
"Prabhudueva has repeated Sonu in R... RAJKUMAR after RAMAIYA VASTAVAIYA. While he had a very strong part to play as Shruti Haasan's brother in the latter, Sonu has been roped in as the main villain opposite Shahid Kapoor in the former. Prabhu Dheva finds him really non-fussy and after these two films, he plans to repeat the actor in his future outings as well," informs a source.
Acknowledges Prabhu Dheva, "Sonu Sood is a very nice guy. He may be playing a villain in R... RAJKUMAR but he is a great guy. He is terrific in the film and his combination with Shahid and Sonakshi is quite remarkable. Out here is totally different from what he had done in RAMAIYA VASTAVAIYA. While he was a little serious and emotional there, in R... RAJKUMAR, he is playing to the gallery and is very entertaining. Seldom do you find a villain who makes you smile as well as get angry on him. However he has managed to do that. As for my personal equation with him, I am happy and lucky to be his friend."
A sentiment that is shared by Sonu Sood as well who is one of the only actors to be in good books of most of the actors as well as people in the industry who matter
"I share a great rapport with him," says Sonu, "When a director repeats you in back to back films then you are bound to feel nice. Prabhu Dheva has blind trust in me and that matters a lot. I am flattered to be a friend of Prabhu Dheva."
Is it time to hear the sound of 'Yeh Dosti....' all over again? We would know once the results are out for R... RAJKUMAR, a Sunil Lulla and Viki Rajani production, which would be out on 6th December.
