Sunny Leone, Honey Singh fight dates for 'Vodka'
Sunny Leone and Yo Yo Honey Singh are currently wrapping the shoot of their first ever collaboration - 'Chaar Bottle Vodka'. However if not from persuasion and planning by Ekta Kapoor, the song may just not have happened.
Reason being that both Sunny and Honey had severe date issues. Though they did carry the right intent to work together, their date diaries weren't matching. Honey was shooting for his acting assignment THE XPOSE where he is playing a musician. On the other hand Sunny had to fly abroad for her overseas shoot of her next film.
On their end, Balaji was keen to complete the video shoot sooner than later for it to be ready in time for a February release on television and web.
"For Sunny and Honey too it was a huge opportunity," the source adds. "Last year went well for her with the song 'Kabhi Jo Baadal Barse' turning out to be a chartbuster. However what was missing in her repertoire was a peppy dance number. On the other hand though Honey too enjoyed an immensely successful 2013 ('Lungi Dance', 'Party All Night' and 'Sunny Sunny'), the stepping in of Sunny additionally promised a naughty outing for both the Punjabis."
Fortunately for them and their fans, it all worked out in the end.
"Makers of their other films were understanding enough and flexible to allow a change in schedule for them to be able to shoot for RAGINI MMS-2," a common friend of Sunny and Honey, and adds," 'Chaar Bottle Vodka' would be 'consumed' in a day or two. Pun intended."
We are waiting to get high!
