Bollywood Box-Office Report Of The Week
This Friday's prime release is going to be Imtiaz Ali's Randeep-Alia starrer HIGHWAY. Though the music is reasonably popular and the promotion has been good, HIGHWAY lacks the usual hype associated with an Imtiaz Ali project. All said and done, HIGHWAY is expected to embark on a reasonably good start, more so at the multiplexes. The other listed releases of the week - DARR@ THE MALL, LUCKY KABOOTER, KARAR THE DEAL etc. are not expected to achieve much.

Given the fact that producers YRF are also the world wide distributors (all the rights rest with them), and they have already recovered more than 60 percent of their investment (in GUNDAY) through the non-theatrical rights, the film may well turn out to be the first clean hit of 2014.
