HIMMATWALA: Sajid Khan to turn DJ to make Sonakshi perform live!
Trust Sajid Khan to come up with fun wacky ways to entertain the multitudes of movie lovers out there...we hear that the director is all set to turn DJ for the launch of the disco song 'Thank God It's Friday' from HIMMATWALA.
Not many people are aware that during the 80's (during college days) Sajid Khan used to earn extra pocket money as a part time DJ in a suburban hot spot in those times! Well now more than two decades later Sajid would once again reprise his role as a DJ for the launch.
What's more? Dazzling girl Sonakshi Sinha who is doing the special disco song and is all set to perform live with Sajid who is going to be the official DJ in the house. Sajid who is gearing up for the music launch is doing his homework well and getting a hang of all the DJ equipment!
Explaining on how this entire launch idea fell into place a source informed us, "It is a disco song which Sonakshi is doing in HIMMATWALA, for which Sajid decided we should launch it in a popular party place. He immediately called up Sonakshi if she could drop by for a live performance and she readily agreed on a condition that Sajid would be the DJ in the house."
The song will be launched at a posh party place in the suburbs this Friday in complete retro style.
Well! This is surely going to be a night to remember and will make you relive the 80's disco era.
