Neha Sharma: Was uncomfortable doing intimate scenes in JAYANTABHAI
Initially apprehensive about her first ever onscreen kiss and love making scene Neha Sharma managed to muster up the courage and shoot for it thanks to the supportive team of her forthcoming next, Kumar Taurani's JAYANTABHAI KI LUV STORY.
Says Neha Sharma, "I was slightly uncomfortable initially, but Kumarji and Vinnil explained how the shot would be taken aesthetically, I decided to go ahead and shoot it. Luckily Vivek also put me at ease and didn't make it uncomfortable."
Adds director Vinnil Markan, "This was Neha's first on screen kiss and so naturally she had her apprehensions...I sat and explained things to her and ensured that she was comfortable with Vivek so that there was no awkwardness while shooting."
In fact so confidently did the actress perform that the shot was okayed in the first go.
Says producer Kumar Taurani, "The DOP Santosh Thundiiayil and the Vivek Oberoi along with Vinnil ensured that Neha felt comfortable. We were surprised with her professionalism and how she overcame her initial fear to give us a flawless shot."
Kumar Taurani's JAYANTABHAI KI LUV STORY starring Vivek Oberoi and Neha Sharma comes to a theater near you on 15th February 2013.
