Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Kapoor shoot for GUNDAY in Kolkata
After completing Mumbai schedule, the GUNDAY team recently headed to West Bengal to shoot their second schedule.
Priyanka Chopra along with Arjun Kapoor was recently spotted shooting for upcoming film GUNDAY in Kolkata. The actress was seen taking a ride on a crowded truck laden with bananas and livestock through the mud-covered fields of Bengal. Draped in a pale blue saree Priyanka gave dismayed look.
While Arjun Kapoor, whose jeep was being towed by the truck, looked crestfallen.
Reportedly, the shoot took place at Belekhali in West Bengal's Anandapur on Wednesday
The film is set in Kolkata. During Calcutta's most unsettled times in the early 70's, the inseparable Bikram and Bala, grew from being small time, inconsequential wagon breakers and coal thieves, to becoming the biggest and most powerful black marketing mafia-men. As the infamy of these two renegades spread far and wide... the people of this sprawling city started calling these two happy-go-lucky rebels... GUNDAY.
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra, the film stars Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor, as Bikram and Bala, along with Priyanka Chopra and Irrfan, in lead roles.
