Sanjay Dutt promised ZILA GHAZIABAD action director five more films

If you find yourself on the right side of Sanjay Dutt, rest assured there would be many doors of opportunities that would open up. This was experienced by the action director of Dutt's next release ZILA GHAZIABAD who has now been brought on board for his next five films.

"Re-emergence of masala action films has made Baba really interested in reinventing himself. He has been doing quite a few action films now. Starting from AGNEEPATH, DEPARTMENT to SON OF SARDAAR, he has thrown punches and kicked hard. However he wanted to do something special which was way too different from what he had done in the past and this is what he got in ZILA GHAZIABAD. So impressed was he with the action director that he pronto promised him five more films," confirms a source.

It was the thrill of being in the middle of John Woo style of action, which in turn required a lot of flying in the air that made Dutt interested.

"Kanal Kannan is the man in question," the source adds, "He has already done more than 50 films down South and is a big name there. His name is also attached to the Tamil GHAJINI. He is making his Bollywood debut with ZILA GHAZIABAD. He is already working with Dutt on POLICEGIRI and more would follow."

Says director Anand Kumar, "Dutt saab and Kanal have really worked in tandem with each other, especially wire stunts. You have to see the kind of action that they have brought on screen."
