To celebrate the upcoming release of 'Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D', submit why you are her biggest fan on our Facebook page or tweet us @MSNINENT between now and Wednesday the 27th of June 2012.
We're really looking for her biggest fans, and you'll need to convince us you're it.
We want original, fun questions that only a true Katy Perry fan would want to ask. Whether it's fancy dress or getting a group of your friends together to sing to Katy - you'll need to stand out from the crowd!
You must be 15 or over to participate. If you submit one of the submissions that we choose, you'll get an opportunity to ask your question to Katy Perry live via Skype.
If you don't make the final cut, don't worry - you can still join in and ask a question via twitter using the hash tag: #msnkaty
Note that in order to participate you'll need a computer with a webcam and Skype installed, and connected to a high-speed internet connection.
