Wiseman died at his home. He is survived by his daughters - Martha and Ruth Wiseman.
Wiseman was a distinguished name in both film and on stage, and remained active on Broadway in recent years. In fact, his last role was on Broadway in a 2001 production of 'Judgment At Nuremberg'.
Wiseman also had many other major films to his credit including 'The Night They Raided Minsky's', 'Detective Story' and 'The Unforgiven'.
