Los Angeles: Sacha Baron Cohen says he was compelled to opt out of Quentin Tarantino's western 'Django Unchained' due to his busy schedule.

The actor says he didn't have time to shoot a scene as he was busy editing and releasing 'The Dictator' and filming 'Les Miserables'. He admits it was a tough decision to have to let the Tarantino film go.

"I was editing 'The Dictator' and we were very close to release and Paramount wouldn't push the date, and then I knew I'd have to jump straight from there into 'Les Miserables'," deadline quoted Cohen as saying.

"It basically became a choice of either pulling out of 'Les Miserables' or pulling out of 'Django'. I'm sure 'Django' is an incredible movie, but it was essentially one scene," he added.
