Cobain's smashed guitar on sale for $40,000

The instrument will be one of the major highlights at Christie's entertainment memorabilia sale in London on November 12, Contactmusic reported.
Cobain, the founder member of the famous rock band Nirvana, entered the controversial club of 27 after he committed suicide in 1994 due to drug addiction and depression.
Nirvana’s bassist Krist Novoselic reportedly bought the doomed guitar from a pawn shop days before the promo was filmed.
