Leaked 'Transformers 4' script fake: Michael Bay
Los Angeles: Plot details from 'Transformers 4' emerged on the internet recently, but director Michael Bay says that it's fake.
Bay has dismissed reports that an early copy of the script for his new 'Transformers' movie has leaked online. He says only he and screenwriter Ehren Kruger are in possession of the storyline, Daily Star reported.
"Some internet sites reported that some document recovery guy has found a legitimate 120 page script of 'Transformers 4'. I can absolutely 100 percent say this is completely false," Bay said in a statement.
"The only two people in the world that have our unfinished script are Kruger and myself. Also we are only up to page 70 in our T4 script. Maybe this guy has a cartoon or something else - but definitely not our movie," he added.
The upcoming installment of the action franchise will feature Mark Wahlberg in the lead role, replacing former star Shia LaBeouf.
'Transformers 4' will release in 2014.
