Ryan Reynolds in 'Highlander' remake
The Canadian star will play protagonist Scotsman Connor MacLeod in a new version of the classic film, reports Contact Music.
The original fantasy action film was directed by Russell Mulachy and starred Christopher Lambert as Connor and Sean Connery as Juan Sanchez Villa-Lobos Ramirez.
