Jayam Ravi in Ameer Sultan film
Ameer Sultan, the controversial director who has made the acclaimed ‘Paruthiveeran’, has announced that Jayam Ravi will star in his next film, titled ‘Kannabiran’. The talented actor, following back to back hits in ‘Santosh subrahmanyam’ and ‘Dham Dhoom’ is looking forward to work with Ameer.
‘Yogi’, in which Ameer plays the hero opposite Madhumitha, is nearing completion. He makes it clear that he has no plans to act in ‘Kannabiran’. ‘Yogi’ is being directed by Subramaniam Shiva, of ‘Thiruda Thirudi’ and ‘Pori’ fame. The film is expected to hit the screens on April 14.
Jayam Ravi is working in S.P. Jananathan’s ‘Peraanmai’, which stars five newcomers as the female leads and Hollywood star Roland Kickinger as the villain.
