The actress, who entered Sandalwood in late ffties, has completed 50 years in films. Leelavathi has produced many films with her son Vinod as the hero and most of them, such as 'Kannadadha Kanda', 'Raajanna' and 'Shukra' were hits.
'Yaaradu' has been completed and will hit the cinemas soon. Nagesh Achatya cranks the camera and G Akil scores the music.
