Dhanush's new film
The actor, who recently confirmed his Hindi film project, will play the lead role in a multi-lingual movie to be directed by Bharat Bala.
Bharat Bala hit headlines in 1997 for the direction of 'Vandemataram', a music album by A R Rahman, to celebrate India's golden jubilee year of independence.
"I met Bharat Bala when I was in New Delhi to attend the National Awards function. The script he narrated was rocking and I immediately decided to be part of it. That's how it happened,' say Dhanush.
Buzz is that Parvathi Menon, who made her debut in Kollywood with the critically acclaimed 'Poo', will be leading lady of the film.
Dhanush only says, "This has to be decided to be directed and I never interfere in it," he says.
