Much-awaited Telugu film 'Doosukeltha', starring Vishnu Manchu, will hit screens on October 18.
Directed by Veeru Potla, the film also stars Lavanya Tripathi, Brahmanandam, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Rao Ramesh, Pankaj Tripathi, Vennela Kishore and Posani Krishna Murali.
Here are some tidbits about Vishnu Manchu's 'Doosukeltha'.
Vishnu Manchu plays an investigative journalist in 'Doosukeltha'.
"It's an incredibly funny character. How he lands in serious trouble and how Lavanya comes to his rescue is the crux of the plot. The movie isn't a satire on the media. The humour is completely situational, arising from the twists in the plot," said Vishnu in an interview with The Times of India.
Lavanya Tripathi, who was last seen in 'Andhala Rakshasi', plays a doctor in 'Doosukeltha'.
"'Doosukeltha' is a light-hearted comedy. I’ve never been the one to crack up at slapstick comedy. The fun in this film is all situational,” said lead actress Lavanya Tripathi in an interview with The Hindu.
