Lyricist Kecheri receives Vallathol Award

Kecheri received the honour at a function held recently.
The award comprises of cash Rs.1,11,111 and a plaque.
Chandy said Kecheri is "very much eligible for the award".
In his speech, Kecheri urged people not to neglect their mother tongue.
