Tamil actress Shubha Phutela dies at 21

The 21-year-old actress breathed her last on Monday night at Apollo Hospital, Bangalore, where she was undergoing the treatment from past three months.
"She was undergoing treatment for kidney problem for three months. She also got jaundice recently. She was showing signs of recovery but suddenly slipped into coma last week," a source told IANS.
Phutela is survived by her parents, an elder sister and a younger brother.
She had recently turned down an offer to act opposite Telugu actor Ram, citing health issues.
