Salma Hayek played the sexy-hot Latina lass umpteen times before she produced and starred in 'Frida'. Her role as the Mexican painter Frida Kahlo in the biopic earned her rave reviews and she was considered a serious artist finally. She earned multiple nominations for best actress including the SAG, BAFTA and Golden globe awards. Till date, 'Frida' remains her best piece of work, though she has delivered major hits including 'Spy Kids 3D', 'After The Sunset' and 'Grown Ups' after it.
