Batman (1966)

In 1966 Adam West donned the cowl for this feature-length adventure based on the camp-as-Christmas TV show of the same name. Crammed full of BAMs, KAPOWs and a fleet of themed vehicles with the word ‘Bat’ in front of them, the movie looks more like a parody by today’s standards; especially one memorable scene in which the out-of-shape superhero fights off a great white shark with a conveniently placed can of shark-repellent.
