Boiled food keeps Gurmeet fit

"Me and my wife Debina eat boiled food at home not only because we want to be slim, but we like eating it. I don't like oily and fried foods. As far as my workout regime is concerned, I go for running and hit the gym everyday," Gurmeet told us.
The 28-year-old became a hit on small screen after doing 'Geet - Hui Sabse Parayi'. Currently he is seen in Zee TV's show 'Punar Vivah'.
He has also won the fifth season of celebrity dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa'.
