Halloween: Kim as a mermaid and West as sailor

For a Midori costume bash on Saturday, the reality star, 32, summoned one of the most famous mermaids of all time from the 1984 fantastical romance starring Daryl Hannah (as the mermaid) and Tom Hanks as her mortal suitor.
"Getting ready for my Midori Halloween party tonight!!! Any idea of what my costume party will be???" Kardashian teased her fans on Twitter.
Later revealing her look - a blonde wig, a shell-encrusted top and green fishtail dress, she wrote ‘Splash’.
West didn’t channel Hanks, exactly, but a more generic nautical theme. "Me and my captain!" she wrote of the rapper, 35, by her side, wearing a naval-inspired outfit.
