The makers of TV show 'Parvarrish-Kuchh Khattee Kuch Meethi' are bringing in a new family and cast to regain its previous viewership

Mumbai: TV show 'Parvarrish-Kuchh Khattee Kuch Meethi' was reportedly going off air, but now a new family is set to enter the show. Actors Balwinder Singh

Suri and Kishwar Merchant will be new additions to the cast.

'Parvarrish' took a two-year leap recently, and it seems the channel is trying to make all ends meet to regain the viewership for the show.

Balwinder, who essayed Shah Rukh Khan's friend in 'Dil To Pagal Hai', will be seen as Joginder in the show, while Kishwar will play Pammi. Together, they will

play parents to a son named Tejinder aka TJ. An actor named Chaitanya will play the part.

The story of the show, which is about challenges of parenting, revolves around two families - the Ahujas and Ahluwalias, who are related to each other. Popular

actresses Shweta Tiwari and Rupali Ganguly were earlier a part of the show.
