Thankful to Aruna Irani for encouragement, support: Sangeeta
Mumbai: TV actress Sangeeta Ghosh, who shared screen space with Aruna Irani in television serials, is happy being appreciated by the veteran actress and believing in her talent.
Sangeeta, who had become popular with shows like 'Mehndi Tere Naam Ki' and 'Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand', took a break and is now back on television with Sony Entertainment Television's newly launched fiction show 'Jee Le Zara'.
She shared a strong bond with actress-producer/ director Aruna Irani after she featured in these two shows. The two are still in touch with each other.
"Arunaji plays a very important role in my life and any feedback from her makes a big difference to me. She was the one who believed in me and gave me the chance to prove myself, so it was a really overwhelming to get an appreciation call from her," Sangeeta said.
"I remember when I was working with her in 'Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand', she had given me the best compliment saying I wish I was like you when I was of your age. Those words mean a lot to me and I will always be thankful for the support and encouragement she keeps giving me," she said.
